Pirate Spins terms: key conditions

About this page

This page on piratespinscasinouk.co.uk summarises selected Pirate Spins conditions. It is not the casino’s full terms. Pirate Spins is operated by Gophoenix Solutions Limited, which states that it operates under Tobique licence #0000024 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission. piratespinscasinouk.co.uk is not the casino operator.

Eligibility and accounts

Pirate Spins requires players to be at least 18 and to check whether using its services is lawful where they live. Its terms exclude registration from certain jurisdictions, including the USA and the Canadian provinces of Ontario and New Brunswick; the eligibility list may change.

Registration requires genuine personal details. Players must act on their own behalf, own the funds they use and hold no more than one account. Fiat-account applicants are asked for details including their name, birth details, address, phone number, email and payment methods, and must keep those details current.

An account can be closed after outstanding bets are cancelled. Applicable fees and charges are deducted before remaining funds are returned. Inactive accounts may incur a monthly €/$/£10 maintenance fee after at least three months without use, provided funds remain in the account. After at least six months, an account may be classed as dormant and its available funds may be voided.

Deposits and balances

Pirate Spins supports fiat and cryptocurrency. Crypto deposits are converted to the account’s chosen currency equivalent for play; withdrawals are converted back to the crypto used for the deposit at the exchange rate then in effect. Crypto balances are separate, and transfers between them are not supported.

ConditionPirate Spins rule
Crypto minimum depositCheck the cashier for the minimum for the chosen coin; a smaller deposit will not be credited and may be lost.
Crypto deposit turnoverEach deposit needs at least 2× turnover of its full amount before withdrawal.
Fiat chargesDeposit or withdrawal fees may depend on the banking method or issuing bank.

Withdrawals and checks

Unless another rule applies, the minimum withdrawal is $100 and the maximum is $5,000 per transaction. Pending requests may total up to $5,000 at one time; that capacity becomes available again as withdrawals are paid. The operator states it processes no more than $10,000 in each 10-business-day period, without setting a lifetime withdrawal cap.

Fiat withdrawals must use the banking option used for the deposit; card winnings go back to the depositing card. Verification may involve identity and residence documents, masked card images and further evidence. Once clear documents are received, verification processing may take up to five business days before a withdrawal can be requested. A withdrawal may remain pending for up to 48 hours; failure to provide required documents within that window can lead to cancellation and a return of the amount to the player balance. Withdrawals of $5,000 or more may undergo an audit lasting up to seven business days.

Bonuses and sports bets

Unless a specific offer says otherwise, a casino bonus has a 35× wagering requirement on both the bonus and its qualifying deposit. No-deposit bonuses and deposit free spins also carry 35× wagering by default. Only settled bets count. Craps, video poker, rummy, keno, crash games, live casino games, progressive games and table games contribute 0% toward casino bonus wagering. Bonus terms can also impose bet-size limits, expiry periods and withdrawal caps; check the conditions of the offer you intend to claim.

Sportsbook bets become valid only after operator acceptance and confirmation in account bet history. Odds can change before acceptance. Unless stated otherwise, the full deposit must be wagered once on accepted sportsbook markets before deposited funds or related winnings can be withdrawn. Cash-outs do not count toward that requirement. Casino bonus funds and casino promotional credits cannot be used for sports bets.
